2025 Diabase Double Down Kickoff Party/Pre-registration Pickup

Come hang with us at Troegs in Hershey the night before the first event, Friday, November 14th, 2025 from 5pm-8pm, to kick off the series. You can pick up swag bags/Gretna shirts and scorecards-save time on the morning of the comp by not having to check in!

This year we will have a private space in the Barrel Room with food and non-alcoholic beverages provided by SCPC (alcohol available for purchase for those 21+).

This is a FREE event that is open to all pre-registrants for either the Double Down or the GDP/Gretna single event. Please sign up below if you plan to come out (sign up is not required but is highly encouraged to help with our planning purposes and make sure we order enough food).

NEW THIS YEAR: If you missed the deadline to register, you can get to the top of the “Day of Registrants” list by coming to the kickoff party and paying your registration fee and signing your waiver. This will increase your chances of getting a shirt and/or burrito since we start at the top of the “Day of Registrants” list when we give out the unclaimed ones. We will also give you your scorecard so you don’t have to come to the registration table Saturday morning.
